Prof. Dr. Bharat B. Kale is Emeritus Professor and Director, Center of Excellence (Materials Science), at MIT World Peace University, Pune, and Emeritus Scientist at C-MET under MeitY, Government of India. He served C-MET for over 30 years, retiring as Director General. His research spans nanomaterials, semiconductors, batteries, solar cells, and more. He has published over 350 papers in top journals like Advanced Functional Materials and Nanoscale, with over 12,200 citations (h-index 59). He holds 30 patents and has guided 23 PhD students, with 8 more currently. He has delivered over 250 invited/plenary talks globally.
