Manish Rathi currently serves as Vice President – Business Operations and Partnerships at MiniMines Cleantech
Solutions in Bengaluru. He leads business operations for the company, which specializes in the recovery of
lithium and other critical minerals from end-of-life lithium-ion batteries, making MiniMines the first lithium
recovery recycler in Southern India.
Manish holds a Master’s degree from IIT Bombay and brings over 10 years of experience in the automotive
industry, with particular expertise in the domain of Clean Air. He has previously worked with leading
organizations such as Johnson Matthey, Log9 Materials, and SUN Mobility.
