Kavita Verma is a seasoned leader with over 24 years of experience, including more than 18 years in senior
leadership roles. She is currently the CEO of Maxwell Energy Systems, a subsidiary of Endurance Technologies,
where she is driving the company’s mission to be a one-stop shop for advanced electronics in electric vehicles
(EVs). Under her leadership, Maxwell provides Battery Management Systems (BMS), power distribution units,
chargers, and other critical embedded electronics solutions that power the global shift toward
electrification.
Before joining Maxwell, Kavita led business at HARMAN, playing a key role in automotive engineering services.
She has been instrumental in driving technological advancements and business growth, with deep expertise in
scaling businesses, fostering innovation, and navigating the evolving automotive landscape.
