Kunal Mundra is the Founder and CEO of Astranova Mobility, a pioneering EV ecosystem player focused on
transforming commercial fleet electrification in India. With nearly 20 years of experience across private
equity, manufacturing, and mobility, Kunal brings a strategic, impact-driven perspective to solving complex
industry challenges.
Kunal began his career at The Boston Consulting Group, advising clients across financial services, pharma, and
automotive sectors. He later served as CEO of CEAT Specialty Tyres, and as Executive VP at Bain Capital’s PE,
where he managed post-investment operations. Most recently, he was CEO of Cars24’s India business, overseeing
its large-scale used car operations across 100 cities.
An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Kunal has been recognized with the Economic Times 40 Under 40 award for his
leadership and innovation in the mobility sector.
