Mr. Shailendra Shukla is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of rich experience in the automotive
and mobility ecosystem. As Managing Director – India for Eaton’s Mobility Sector, Mr. Shukla spearheads the
company’s strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation agenda in one of the world’s most dynamic
automotive markets.
In his role, Mr. Shukla is responsible for driving Eaton’s business transformation in India by aligning the
company’s advanced mobility technologies with the evolving needs of OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and regulatory
frameworks. Under his leadership, Eaton has strengthened its footprint in India by focusing on sustainable
and intelligent power management solutions that enable cleaner, safer, and more efficient transportation
systems.
A mechanical engineer by education with an MBA in Operations and Strategy, Mr. Shukla brings a strong
blend of technical insight and business acumen. Prior to joining Eaton, he held key leadership positions
in top-tier automotive and engineering companies, where he led cross-functional teams, built
high-performing business units, and delivered long-term growth in complex markets.
