Vaibhav is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and leading diverse teams
in high-growth technology environments. As Vice President of Product at Battery Smart, he is dedicated to
transforming the battery-swapping industry and advancing the future of electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure in
India.
With a master's degree in chemistry from IIT Bombay, Vaibhav brings deep expertise in agile product
management, data analytics, remittances, and payments. Before joining Battery Smart, he held important roles
at organisations like Airtel, NIUM, Nazara, and Ola, where he worked on simplifying user journeys, scaling
revenue-driven products, and driving business growth. He was also a part of the Wadhwani Foundation, where he
mentors startups to help them scale and innovate.
Vaibhav joined Battery Smart driven by its innovative approach to shaping the battery-swapping industry in
India. He believes the company is setting the standard for the sector and is excited to be part of an
organization pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the EV ecosystem. Passionate about building a
greener tomorrow, he is deeply invested in the transition to electric mobility, seeing the EV revolution as a
