Venkat is the Founder/CEO of Cygni Energy, a leading storage technology company with cutting-edge expertise in EV Mobility Batteries and Stationary Energy Storage Systems (Telecom, Grid scale storage etc.). Cygni has deployed over 125MWh of storage solutions and powered over 150,000 Electric Vehicles. Venkat has over 25 years of experience in Product Design and Engineering. Before moving to energy storage space, he was the Vice President of Engineering at Portal Player, a company that was acquired by NVIDIA Corp. He worked at Sun Microsystems, USA and has a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
