Mr. Ganesh Mani serves as the CEO of Switch Mobility, the electric mobility enterprise of the Hinduja Group focused on eBuses and eLCVs. Under his leadership, Switch Mobility has strengthened its position as a market leader in the eBus segment, expanded its global footprint, and accelerated commercialization of zero-emission platforms across key international markets.
In parallel, he is the President and COO of Ashok Leyland, where he leads Manufacturing, Sourcing, and the Integrated Supply Chain. His mandate centers on driving operational excellence, technology adoption, digital transformation, and long-horizon capability building across the company’s global operations.
Prior to these roles, Mr. Mani held leadership positions at Maruti Suzuki India Limited and Hyundai Motor India, where he contributed to manufacturing scale-up, quality systems, product industrialization, and operational strategy.
