A senior retired government officer with over 30 years of distinguished service in the Maharashtra Transport Department, I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, which provides a strong technical foundation to my administrative and regulatory work. I am now transitioning into consultancy, offering specialized services in legal advisory, regulatory policy, and infrastructure development. My career has been deeply rooted in the automobile and transport sector, further enriched by my leadership as Joint Transport Commissioner (Road Safety), where I headed the State Road Safety Cell. In this capacity, I was instrumental in conceptualising and steering the development of Automated Testing Stations (ATS), Advanced Driving Testing Tracks, and electronic enforcement systems such as ITMS and interceptor vehicles. I also served as a resource person for the 108 Ambulance Service of the Government of Maharashtra, contributing to emergency response planning and integration with traffic systems.
