With over 29 years of progressive leadership across global automotive OEMs | Stellantis| Ford Motar Company and Ashok Leyland.I bring hands-on expertise in end-to-end vehicle industrialization, advanced manufacturing engineering, and industrial strategy across India and Asia Pacific. Currently serving as Director of Manufacturing Process Engineering (Vehicle & Powertrain) at Stellantis India, I lead a team of 150+ engineers spanning stamping, welding, paint, general assembly, and powertrain disciplines. I have directed €40M+ capex programs, achieved 25% cost reduction through strategic investment framing, and scaled an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Centre of Competence from 2 to 125 engineers in under three years. My work sits at the intersection of manufacturing transformation and future readiness, implementing Digital Pre-study, DVA, DTM, and Industry 4.0 solutions while defining long-term EV and ICE manufacturing footprint strategies for the APAC region. I hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and an ME in Automobile Engineering from Anna University.
