Mr. Vimal Singh SV is the Founder and CEO of ReadyAssist, a leading AutoTech company delivering AI-powered vehicle lifecycle management solutions across India. An MS graduate in Software Engineering from BITS Pilani, he began his career with global organizations such as Wipro, KPMG, and Tech Mahindra before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey. Inspired by the loss of a close friend in an accident that highlighted the critical need for timely roadside assistance, he founded ReadyAssist in 2016 with a vision to make vehicle support services accessible, reliable, and technology-driven for vehicle owners across India. What started as a three-member team in Bengaluru has today grown into a nationwide platform serving 19,100+ pin codes through a network of 11,000+ service providers and supporting 50+ marquee clients, including 6 of India's top 10 EV two-wheeler OEMs. Under his leadership, ReadyAssist has transformed a traditionally fragmented sector into a structured, technology-enabled ecosystem known for rapid response, skilled technicians, and high customer trust. Beyond business growth, he has also championed initiatives such as Mecademy, which has trained over 3,000 technicians, and Project Shakthi, focused on creating opportunities for women engineers in the automotive service sector.
