Uday Disley is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with over two decades of experience in the technology, fintech, and investment sectors. He is the Founder of Autovert Technologies Pvt Ltd, a fintech platform focused on providing alternative auto finance products for the Electric Vehicle market. Autovert was acquired by Accretive Cleantech, a fully-owned company of Eversource Capital, which was founded in 2018 as a joint venture between Everstone Capital and Lightsource BP.
Prior to Autovert, he has served as an Investment Director at Infosys Innovation Fund, where they were responsible for deal flow, investment process, and network development within the startup ecosystem. He also co-founded Viedea Capital Advisors, a boutique technology investment bank that focused on fund syndication and M&A for early and growth-stage technology companies. Additionally, he has held leadership roles in corporate planning, M&A, and strategy at Valdel Corporation and co-founded VieVision Solutions, an advisory firm specializing in business process consulting and corporate planning.
